Exact fits from what the store really sells.
An AI shopping agent that works for you.
Ask in plain words or show it a photo. Concierge finds, researches, compares and explains, then keeps watch for you after you leave. It remembers what helps, and you decide what that is.
Talk to it like a person who knows the store.
Send a picture, get the closest matches.
Side by side, from the real specs.
It reads the reviews so you don’t have to.
It keeps working after you leave, and notifies you.
The answer, right in the chat.
Every size and colour, checked live.
The store’s own policy, not a guess.
It writes to the team for you. You press Send.
It remembers what helps. You decide what that is.
See all of it
Every note in plain words, with where it came from. Open your preferences in Concierge, or ask “what do you remember about me?”
Change anything
Edit or delete a note yourself, or just ask Concierge to forget it. It stops using it right away.
Choose where it’s used
Concierge only uses your preferences on a new store if you say yes, and only the ones you pick. The store itself never sees them.
Stores learn what people want. Not who you are.
A store’s insights show
- Patterns, like which sizes and features people ask for
- In categories and counts, never who asked
- Totals, like how many people wanted waterproof
Insights never show
- Your name next to what you asked
- Your words, or details that together describe you
- Preferences you kept private
Ongoing help, on your terms.
When Concierge keeps working for you after you leave, like watching a price, each part needs its own yes. And every action leaves a receipt.
On HawkShift Shop today, and on stores that use Concierge.
Look for the Concierge mark in the corner of a store. Your memory and your choices work the same way on every one of them.
ConciergeShop with your own AI agent? It gets the same answers.
If you shop through ChatGPT, Gemini or another AI agent, stores on Concierge will answer it the way they answer you: from the real catalogue, checked, with links back. Leave your email and we’ll tell you when it’s live.
Good to know.
How do I see what Concierge remembers?
Open your preferences inside Concierge on any store, or just ask it: “What do you remember about me?” Every note is in plain words, with where it came from.
Can I delete something it remembers?
Yes. Delete or edit any note in your preferences, or ask Concierge to forget it. It stops using it right away.
Will a new store know my preferences?
No. Your preferences stay with Concierge. It only uses them on a new store if you say yes, and the store itself never sees them.
Will it change my cart without asking?
No. Changing your cart needs its own permission, and Concierge always tells you when it does.
