1. About HawkShift
HawkShift ("HawkShift", "we", "us", or "our") is a price intelligence and product discovery platform operated as a sole proprietorship. HawkShift is the sister product of HawkShift AI Automation Agency. We are based in Iowa, United States.
HawkShift is a comparison and informational service. We do not sell products directly. All purchases are made through third-party retailers including Amazon, Walmart, Target, Best Buy, and others.
2. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing HawkShift at hawkshift.com, you confirm that you are at least 13 years of age, that you have read and understood these terms, and that you agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree, please do not use this site.
3. Affiliate Disclosure
HawkShift participates in affiliate marketing programs. 5. Price Intelligence & Predictions Disclaimer
HawkShift provides AI-generated price predictions, trend analysis, buy/wait signals, confidence scores, and price history charts through its Price Intelligence system. These are generated using statistical models including weighted linear regression, exponential moving averages, and seasonal analysis applied to historical price data.
Price predictions are estimates based on historical patterns and are not guarantees of future prices. Actual prices may differ materially from predictions due to retailer decisions, market conditions, promotions, supply chain factors, or other variables outside our control. A "BUY" signal does not guarantee the price will not drop further. A "WAIT" signal does not guarantee the price will drop.
Price Intelligence data is provided for informational purposes only. HawkShift makes no warranty, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of any price prediction, trend analysis, or AI signal. You assume full responsibility for any purchasing decisions made based on this information.
6. AI Concierge Disclaimer
HawkShift provides an AI-powered shopping concierge ("HawkShift AI") to assist users in discovering and comparing products. This assistant is powered by large language model technology and may occasionally produce inaccurate, incomplete, or outdated information.
Recommendations made by the AI Concierge are generated automatically and do not constitute professional advice of any kind. HawkShift does not guarantee the accuracy or suitability of any AI-generated recommendation. Always conduct your own research before making a purchase.
7. Product Information
Product names, descriptions, images, ratings, and specifications displayed on HawkShift are sourced from retailers and third-party data providers. We make reasonable efforts to ensure accuracy but cannot guarantee that all product information is current, complete, or error-free. Product availability, specifications, and ratings are subject to change.
8. Third-Party Retailers
When you click a product link and visit a retailer's website, you are leaving HawkShift and entering a third-party site governed by that retailer's own terms and conditions, privacy policy, and return policies. HawkShift has no control over and accepts no responsibility for the content, policies, or practices of any third-party retailer website.
Any transaction you complete with a retailer is solely between you and that retailer. HawkShift is not a party to any such transaction and accepts no liability for any issues arising from purchases made through retailer links.
9. Price Alerts
If you subscribe to price alerts, you agree to receive email notifications when a product's tracked price drops to or below your specified threshold. Price alert emails are sent based on our automated price scanning schedule and may not capture every price change in real time. HawkShift does not guarantee that you will be notified of every price drop or that the price will still be available when you receive the alert.
You may cancel price alerts at any time through the Alerts page on HawkShift. By subscribing to alerts, you consent to receiving transactional emails from HawkShift.
10. Intellectual Property
All original content on HawkShift — including but not limited to the Price Intelligence system, AI Concierge, visual design, branding, and written content — is the property of HawkShift and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Product images, names, and trademarks remain the property of their respective owners.
You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from HawkShift content without express written permission.
11. Prohibited Use
You agree not to use HawkShift to: scrape, crawl, or systematically extract data without written permission; interfere with or disrupt the site's infrastructure; attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the site; use the site for any unlawful purpose; or misrepresent your identity or affiliation.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, HawkShift and its operators shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of this site, including but not limited to: purchasing decisions made based on price predictions or AI recommendations; price discrepancies between the site and retailers; loss of data; or any other damages related to your use of or inability to use the site.
HawkShift is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
13. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless HawkShift and its operators from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the site, your violation of these terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.
14. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Iowa, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Iowa.
